THE DIRECTORS

Alex has worked within the construction industry for over 10 years overseeing numerous projects from inception to completion. His exposure to a vast range of developments gives him an upper hand to successfully delivery projects of any calibre. Previously he has worked for several large Melbourne developers/builders successfully delivering Multi-Residential Projects and Custom Homes. He has also worked in London, United Kingdom for St James Group Ltd. (a member of the Berkeley Group, UK leader in delivering major urban regeneration schemes). Whilst at St James he was acting as a Quantity Surveyor on a £500 million development (personally managing a budget of £100 million) consisting of over 1,400 apartments over 15 buildings across 10 acres of land with an underground car park.

Dragan has been involved in the building industry for over 10 years, he is committed to using the best construction techniques to achieve superior quality homes and has a very keen eye for detail. In addition to his building and development commitments he teaches the Builders Registration course for Simmonds Builders Academy and Holmesglen.
